Our AI is designed to reduce friction and administrative burden — not to make clinical decisions. Every AI feature we build is reviewed by our Clinical and Product leadership before it reaches Providers, Hosts, or Members, to ensure it meets our standards for safety, transparency, and clinical integrity.

AI features are reviewed against clinical and regulatory standards before launch and monitored on an ongoing basis to ensure they support, and never substitute for, provider and host judgment.
🤝People-powered care
AI doesn't prescribe, diagnose, or facilitate groops. Every groop is led by a real, vetted Care Host or Social Host, and every social prescription is written by a licensed provider.
🔒Privacy and security
Our AI infrastructure is built to HIPAA standards, with Business Associate Agreements in place before any protected health information is exchanged.
⚖️Bias mitigation
We monitor our matching and recommendation tools to ensure equitable access to groops and care across race, age, ability, and income.
